SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURNS POLICY
For any reason your purchase isn't quite right for you, we happily offer refunds or a credit note. We want you to love our garments just as much as we love them.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Your return must be requested within 10 days of receiving your item/s. To arrange a return, please email hello@jos-store.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return has been lodged with us, we will let you know our return shipping address.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Please kindly note the return postage costs and any import duties and taxes incurred are at the expense of the customer.
We recommend sending your parcel back to us with a tracked service for a safe and speedy return as we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost.
Once your returned item/s have been received and processed, we will be in touch with an email to confirm your refund or exchange.
Kindly note you will be refunded on your original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty garments please email hello@jos-store.com so that our customer care team can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. Please include a few clear photos to show the issue.
You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances. We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
EXCHANGES
As our stock is limited we unfortunately don’t offer exchanges. If you need an alternate size, please go ahead and place a new order and lodge a return for the item/s you wish to return.

SHIPPING TIMES
JOS provides worldwide shipping.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days business days however please bare with us during busy sale periods.
All Australian orders are sent via standard Australian post service unless upgraded to an express service at checkout.
For worldwide shipping, we provide a couple of options that suit your needs.
Please bare in mind during the Christmas period, there may be significant delays with shipping carriers.

Free Standard Shipping - 3-7 business days
Express Shipping - 1-4 business days.

JOS is not responsible for any delays or disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
For orders to countries outside of Australia, duties and taxes will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch email detailing your tracking information.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are out, a collection card will be left. Make sure to head to your local post office within 10 days otherwise your order will be returned to us.
Please note that any additional fees incurred due to delivery refusal or multiple failed attempts are your responsibility.
If you enter your phone number and email address at the checkout we can contact you in case of any changes with your delivery.
ORDER CHANGE
If you need to amend the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us ASAP to ensure this is rectified. Once dispatched, the shipping address cannot be amended nor order cancelled.
